All of our cabins have the same floor plan and sleep 2 to 8 people comfortably. We offer dog friendly cabins.

1. All bedding and towels
   Coffee/Tea with sweeteners and creamer
   Laundry soap and dryer sheets
   Dishwashing detergent
   Trash bags
   Firewood

OUTDOORS

1. Hot Tub for 6 people on deck
   Covered deck with gas grill
   Patio dining set
   Porch swing on front porch

CABIN RATES

All cabins sleep up to 8 people. Additional $30 per night for each guest after 4.

Note:

1. All Weekends have a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM
   All holidays have a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM
   All rates are subject to 12% tax.

DOG FEES:

1. $ 25.00 per night for up to 2 dogs

Deposit Required:

1. More than 30 days out-50% with balance paid in full at 30 days
   Less than 30 days out- 100% of balance due

Cancellation Policy:

1. More than 30 days out - Full refund less $50.00
   Less than 30 days out - No refund unless re-rented then full refund
   Less $50.00
