Four of our cabins sleep up to 8 guests and one cabin (Bingo's Bungalow) sleeps up to 12 guests. All of our cabins are dog friendly with a private fenced yard.

1. All bedding and towels
   Coffee/Tea with sweeteners and creamer
   Laundry soap and dryer sheets
   Dishwashing detergent
   Trash bags
   Paper Products: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels
   Large Crockpot
   Blender
   Firewood available for a fee

1. Hot Tub for 6 people on deck
   Covered deck with gas grill

CABIN RATES

Cabins #1, #2, #3 & #4 sleep up to 8. Bingo's Bungalow sleeps up to 12. There is an additional fee of $30.00 per guest per night over the number of guests indicated.

Note:

1. All Weekends have a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM
   All holidays have a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM
   High season rates apply to all holidays
   All rates are subject to 12% tax.

DOG FEES:

1. $ 25.00 per night for up to 2 dogs

Deposit Required:

1. More than 30 days out-50% with balance paid in full at 30 days
   Less than 30 days out- 100% of balance due

Cancellation Policy:

1. More than 30 days out - Full refund less $50.00
   Less than 30 days out - No refund unless re-rented then full refund
   Less $50.00
